In early 2020, as we saw the pandemic begin to shut the world down, companies faced the unprecedented challenge of maintaining business continuity while having their workforce safely and securely work from their homes. Many of these companies didn’t have a remote workforce or any plans to implement one. This had to adjust — and quickly!
